launch your web browser and go to https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html.
On the new screen, click “Apply Online” and then, under Application Type, select “Changes or corrections in existing PAN Data/Reprint of PAN Card (No changes in existing PAN data).”

Under Category, choose “Individual.” Proceed by filling out the required information:
- Last name/surname
- First name
- Date of Birth
- Email ID
- Citizenship status (whether you are a citizen of India)
- PAN Number
After entering all of the required information, agree to the information statement by selecting “By submitting data to us and/or using our NSDL e-Gov TIN website.”

Enter the Captcha code as shown, then click “Submit.”
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your request and containing a Token Number. “We thank you for using NSDL e-Gov’s online PAN application service. Your request has been successfully registered with Token Number xxxxxxxxx and has been sent to the email address you provided in the PAN application.”
Finally, click “Continue with PAN Application Form” to proceed. You will then be redirected to the Online PAN Application Page.

To proceed, simply follow the instructions on the screen. If you need to update your PAN’s photo or signature, go to the page and click ‘Photo Mismatch’ or ‘Signature Mismatch’.
When all of the information is entered and the payment is made, an acknowledgment slip will be generated. Print it and send it, along with physical proof of documents, to the NSDL e-gov office.
