Log in to CIBIL Portal.
Click on the button at top right corner of the screen which shows ‘Get Your CIBIL Score ‘.
Choose one of the subscriptions Plans.
You have fill details like date of Birth, Mobile Number and email address.
Here you have to create a password that you will use to login.
Select Income Tax ID (PAN) as your ID type and enter your pan.
Now next you have to proceed to verify your identity and answer the questions accurately.
Complete the whole process at ‘make payment Tab’

Just login to your account by entering the OTP or by email confirmation.
